As a trustee, you’ll play an important role in supporting our mission – helping us grow sustainably, stay true to our values, and continue creating inclusive workplaces for our community.
What does a trustee do?
Trustees offer strategic direction, support good governance, and help us make key decisions about our future. You don’t need to have been a trustee before – if you share our values and want to make a difference, we’d love to hear from you!
What does being a trustee involve?
As a trustee, here’s what you can expect:
- Quarterly board meetings – a chance to shape where we’re headed and stay in the loop
- Showing up when you can – whether it’s popping into an event or visiting one of our cafés for a cuppa, it helps to stay connected to the work we do
- Being a sounding board – we may ask for your thoughts or ideas from time to time
- Championing Sea Change – embrace our ethos, help spread the word and be an advocate for what we do
