Last week, we got to celebrate something very special at Sea Change CIC… all the amazing trainees who completed our very first Introduction to Employability course.
Over the past ten weeks, the group has shown up, learned new skills, supported each other, and grown in confidence. The course is delivered in partnership with The Inclusionists, a brand-new charity on a mission to change the way the world sees neurodiversity. Together, we’re helping neurodiverse people take steps toward meaningful work in a way that feels safe, encouraging, and genuinely useful.
Seeing everyone finish the course was such a proud moment for all of us. They worked so hard and they should feel really proud of what they’ve achieved.
