We’ve got some exciting news to share… Sea Change CIC has officially been awarded the Silver Better Health at Work Award!
And, even more special, our amazing Café Manager, Lauren Hugo, received special recognition for her outstanding efforts throughout the Silver journey. She’s been the driving force behind our wellbeing activities, making sure that health and happiness are at the heart of everything we do.
Over the past year, our team has explored a wide range of topics, from stress and mental health to sleep, relationships, equality, healthy eating, and weight management. And the impact has been clear. We’re checking in with each other more, having open and honest conversations about how we feel, and supporting each other in ways that feel especially important in a neurodivergent-friendly workplace.
A huge well done to the whole team, we’re so proud of each and every one of you!
